To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Orders and Payments
Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via the platform or SMS/email.
Orders may not be canceled once confirmed, except in cases where the restaurant or delivery service is unable to fulfill it.
Payments must be made using the payment methods provided (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, card payments, Cash on Delivery where available).
We do not store sensitive payment information; payments are processed by third-party providers.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices of menu items are determined by the respective restaurants and displayed on our platform.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Delivery charges may apply and will be shown before checkout.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.
You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.
If you fail to accept delivery after placing an order, you may still be charged for the order.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are considered only if:
The restaurant is unable to prepare your order,
The delivery could not be completed due to our fault, or
An incorrect item was delivered.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used, within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with taste or preference.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Website/App.
Misuse promotional offers or create multiple fake accounts.
Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in reviews or communications.
9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
We act as a facilitator between users and restaurants; we are not responsible for food preparation, quality, or safety beyond what is required by law.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather, accidents).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Food Nagar, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
